Giving something back

Making a positive difference is important to us. That’s why we offer all our people two days of paid leave each year for volunteering and £750 of match funding for fundraising. We also provide 50% match funding for all staff payroll giving contributions, up to £5,000 per person per year.

Many of our people take up skills-based volunteering opportunities, which may involve mentoring a staff member at a charity or community organisation. Some become charity trustees and school governors, while others apply their expertise to helping not-for-profit organisations.
